Peter's Park is an off leash dog park located at the middle of Boston's vibrant South End. The park is spread across an area of more than 13,000 square feet and has separate areas for small and bigger dogs. The area that is dedicated to the smaller doggos is about 3,000 square feet. If you have a small pupper who gets easily intimidated by the bigger dogs, then this is a great place for your little darling. You can sit at one of the benches there and see your furbaby have fun with other dogs his/her own size, without getting stressed. Fresh Pond Reservation Dog Park, Cambridge

Fresh Pond Reservation Dog Park is situated at a beautiful location with scenic vistas and calm vibes. It has two fenced in off leash areas where dogs are allowed to run around and socialize with other friendly doggies and humans. Fresh Pond Reservation Dog Park boasts a swimming area for dogs and a walking trail that takes you through the serene woods. Though it is a park that allows dogs to go off leash, you would have to make sure that your furkid is trained well enough for him/her to get back to you the instant you call him/her back. You would also need to make sure that your dog doesn’t harass/hurt other dogs or people visiting the park.

Medway Dog Park, Medway

This is where a pet can run free, off leash, having the time of his/her life. There are benches for the pawrents to sit and talk while the puppers play. There are a few rules and regulations to be followed by anyone who visits the park. For example; Dogs less than 4 months old are not allowed in the park. People would need a permit and tag to use the dog park. Climbing the trees in the park is not allowed. Dogs need to be on a leash until they enter the dog park. Per person is allowed to take along three dogs and not more than that. Medway Dog Park stays open from around 6:30 A.M. till sunset. On weekends and holidays, it opens at 8 A.M.

Pilgrim Bark Park, Provincetown

Pilgrim Bark Park was founded in 2008 and since then, many changes have been made to improve it further. It is considered to be one of the best off leash dog parks in the city. There are two different sections in this park; one for all dogs and another for the small dogs who weigh less than 25 lb. So, if your little darling tends to get scared to doggos who are bigger than him/her, then this is a great place for you. Pilgrim Bark Park is open to canines and humans from dawn to dusk. There are a few rules that one must follow while visiting this dog park. Such as: Only three dogs per human are allowed in the park. Eating, drinking and smoking at the park is not allowed. You would need to clean up after your dog in case s/he makes a mess. If s/he digs up a hole, you would need to fill that up again.
