Echo Mountain Off Leash Arena at Grovers Basin is frequented by the puppers and pawrents of the city of Phoenix for not only its scenic beauty but also for all that it offers. It is one of the best off leash dog parks in the city. It comprises of 2.3 acres of grassy surface and has a bunch of amenities. Those amenities include drinking fountains and mutt mitt dog waste dispensers. There are even separate fenced areas for large dogs and for the dogs that are smaller, and weigh less than 20 lb. One of the best things about this dog park is that it has a double-gated entrance. Which means that there is almost no chance of your doggo getting out of the park on his/her own.
