Whalon Lake Dog Park, Naperville

Whalon Lake Dog Park is a humongous off leash dog park situated at a picturesque location with a lot of greenery and a lake. Along with amazing views, there’s a pavilion with benches for pawrents to sit on while their puppers run around and play with the other doggos there. Whalon Lake Dog Park even offers a 2.5- acre area that is exclusive for dogs under 30 lb. There are certain rules and regulations that pawrents would need to adhere to before and while visiting the park. For example, they would need to purchase a dog park permit online prior to visiting the park. They would need to provide a current rabies tag number and expiration date in order for them to be able to purchase the permit. Only three dogs are allowed to be included on one particular permit. No person can be in the dog park with more than three dogs at any time.

Lakewood Dog Park is a ginormous fenced in off leash dog park located within the Lake County Forest Preserves. You and your pet would love spending time at this 66- acre area with vast green meadows and mowed trails. For the convenience of visitors, many amenities are available at the park. Those amenities include restrooms, a water hand pump, a pavilion for shade and a parking area. Lakewood Dog Park is deemed to be one of the best off leash dog parks in the city.
