Xiamen Airlines Pet Policy

Xiamen Airlines does not allow live animals to be transported in their flights. However, service and support dogs are welcome onboard. It is of prime importance to be aware of the airlines’ specific pet policies to understand the requirements and prepare for a safe and comfortable journey for your pet(s).

Emotional Support/Service Animal

Xiamen Airlines accepts guide dogs, rescue dogs, hearing aid dogs, and other specially trained and certified dogs at no additional cost in the cabin of the aircraft. However, they must at all times be on a leash. To qualify for flying with the service or support dog, the dependent passenger must present the airline’s ground representative with the necessary proof of identification and quarantine certification for the accompanied animal.
